Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached.
• Final-sale items, intimates and gift cards can't be returned.

How to start a return

Email shopfabricfusion@gmail.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without a return request can't be accepted.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wasn't what you ordered.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return the item you have and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping charges aren't refunded unless the item was damaged, defective or wrong.
